Tower Plans Pitched for Brisbane’s Riverfront St Lucia

Plans for a 15-storey residential tower have been filed for a prime riverfront site near the University of Queensland as development activity ramps up in Brisbane’s inner-west.
Bottega Group has pitched the proposal, which comprises 47 two and three-bedroom apartments above three levels of basement carparking.
It is earmarked for a 1513sq m site across two lots at 178-180 Macquarie Street, St Lucia—one of the city’s oldest and most affluent riverside suburbs.
