Anu Corp Wins Approval for Reworked $56m Geelong Tower
Anu Corp Developments’ plans for a 12-storey tower complex in Geelong have been cleared after the developer revisited earlier plans.
The Melbourne-based boutique mixed-use developer was given the green light to develop the site at 5-11 Mercer Street and 2-6 Ginn Street by the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP).
Anu Corp teamed with Wardle Architecture for the second iteration of the project planned for the 2250sq m site.
