‘Time is the Biggest Killer’, Landen Pays for Certainty

“Time is the biggest killer.”
It’s a sentiment most developers can agree with, but not all of them are willing to pay the ‘certainty premium’ that Landen is banking on, head of property Shane Harding told The Urban Developer.
The infill Sydney land developer has breached the city walls to fly north and put its foot on a DA-approved 217-lot residential estate, 12km from Cessnock, in a deal that settled in December last year.
