Telopea Renewal Approved After Return to Public Hands
A revamped plan for the $1.8-billion Telopea Renewal project is under way, with concept approval granted for the site anchoring the 4700-home mixed-use precinct.
Stage 1a has also won approval, allowing the first 423 homes to proceed on the vacant Polding Place site.
A construction start is slated for early next year ahead of a mid-2029 completion.
