The Supply Chain Fix Major Projects Have Been Waiting For

When a builder is coordinating dozens of trades and suppliers across a major project, there is plenty of room for error.

Delays compound, accountability diffuses and the developer often wears the cost.

Supplyhaus was built around a single proposition: one contract, one team, one point of accountability from factory floor to finished installation.

The construction products specialist is on track to surpass $100 million in annual turnover by 2026, underpinned by more than $200 million in completed construction projects.

It is a milestone that reflects growing demand from builders and developers for greater certainty, quality and productivity across construction supply chains.

Supplyhaus has evolved into a major delivery partner for the construction sector, working with some of Queensland’s leading developers and builders.

Head of Supplyhaus Anthony Freer said the milestone reflects a broader shift in how builders are managing risk and complexity on major projects.

“Builders today are under enormous pressure around program certainty, quality and labour productivity,” he said.

“The traditional model often involves coordinating dozens of different trades and overseas suppliers, which creates risk around delays, quality and accountability.

“Supplyhaus was built to simplify that process by providing a single point of responsibility from engineering and manufacturing through to delivery and installation on site.”

A model refined through major projects

While Supplyhaus now works with a growing number of external developers and contractors, the delivery model was initially developed working alongside McNab projects.

Over the past seven years the approach has been refined across more than $200 million in construction projects, allowing the business to continuously improve how complex building packages are designed, manufactured and installed.

Today Supplyhaus delivers integrated packages across precision-engineered facades, structural steel, bespoke joinery, metalwork and fixtures.

By overseeing the full product lifecycle, the business reduces coordination complexity for builders and ensures products arrive on site ready for installation.

Global manufacturing with direct oversight

A key part of the Supplyhaus model is maintaining close oversight of manufacturing and quality assurance throughout the production process.

The business works with a network of local and international suppliers supported by directly employed staff based both in Australia and overseas.

This allows Supplyhaus teams to inspect fabrication first-hand and ensure the most stringent quality standards are met before products leave the factory.

“By having our own people involved throughout the manufacturing process we maintain full visibility of quality and programme,” Anthony said.

“When products arrive on site, they are ready for installation, which helps builders maintain construction momentum and avoid costly rework.”

Driving certainty on site

With strong demand from builders and developers, Supplyhaus is continuing to expand its project pipeline across Australia.

Anthony said the business works closely with builders not only on manufacturing and supply, but also on how product packages are installed on site.

“Our focus is certainty of delivery and helping builders improve installation efficiency,” he said.

“By coordinating manufacturing and installation together, we can plan exactly how packages arrive on site and how they are installed. That allows builders to complete elements such as facade or joinery installation floor by floor within defined timeframes.”

Working alongside project teams, Supplyhaus helps streamline installation sequencing and reduce disruption on site, supporting more predictable construction programmes.

With a growing portfolio of clients and projects, Supplyhaus is increasingly being recognised as a partner that helps builders deliver complex projects with greater certainty and consistency.
