Dual Highrises, Revamp Planned for Perth Hotel

A Sheraton-branded hotel used for quarantine during the pandemic would receive a facelift and two apartment towers as neighbours under a $230-million plan recommended for approval by the City of Perth.

The project has been submitted by Perth-based PTS Town Planning on behalf of Claridges (Perth) and Bonaventure (Perth). Both are controlled by Singapore firm Bonvests Holdings Limited.

Included in the Woods Bagot-designed scheme are a 32-level tower of 159 apartments and an 18-floor building of 113 apartments.
