Robina Proposal Leans into Rise of ‘Clean’ Industrial Sector

A vacant pocket of land on the southern edge of Robina’s commercial spine is poised for a transformation that underscores the Gold Coast’s evolving appetite for “clean” industry and flexible business space.
Taris Property Group has filed plans for a mixed-use industrial development—dubbed The Pacific Collective—comprising a U-shaped building rising up to three storeys.
It is earmarked for a 6985sq m site at 287 Scottsdale Drive currently utilised for overflow parking.
