Warehouse Precinct at Monash Tech Cluster Wins Green Light

Plans for a $43.9-million warehouse complex in Monash have been approved by the Victorian Government.
The project comprises 21,345sq m of gross floor area in the Monash National Employment and Innovation Cluster (MNEIC), within its Technology Precinct.
The MNEIC is supported by Invest Victoria, and is home to major technology, health, manufacturing and mining businesses including Lockheed Martin, Dulux and McCormick Foods.
