Higher-Density Uplift Planned for Approved Mill Park Scheme

Plans to significantly upscale a project in Melbourne’s north-east, boosting the approved plans to 254 apartments, have been filed.
The “high-capacity” site at Mill Park would be instrumental in accommodating greater density for the expanding family-friendly suburb 18km from the CBD, according to the developers.
The proposals for 18 Bush Boulevard in the City of Whittlesea were submitted by South Morang Delivery Pty Ltd.
