Consolidated Properties Puts Forward Third Fortitude Valley Development Tower

Consolidated Properties Group has revealed its next commercial play in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, lodging plans for a nine-storey office development.
Earmarked for a gateway corner site on Ann Street, it would neighbour the Brisbane-based developer’s two previous office projects along the city fringe strip
Overall, the Blight Rayner-designed scheme comprises more than 11,800sq m of gross floor area targeting the post-pandemic workforce with large flexible floorplates, leafy terraces and a ground-level public plaza.
