Consolidated Properties Tower Plans Greenlit for Newstead Riverfront

Consolidated Properties Group has been given the green light for its latest landmark addition to its $1.5-billion Brisbane riverfront pipeline.
It comes just nine months after the Queensland developer acquired the 9368sq m site at 47 Skyring Terrace, Newstead, from Mirvac in a $64.5-million deal.
The approved scheme designed by Woods Bagot comprises 227 apartments across a 25-storey tower and a boutique six-storey building accommodating 12 villas.
