Centennial Inks $63m Sydney Deal as Brisbane Plan Greenlit

Centennial and MaxCap buy industrial site at Kurnell, in the Sutherland Shire for around $65m.

It has already been quite a month for Centennial, winning approval for a $130-million Brisbane project and inking a $63-million site deal in Sydney.

The property giant has won approval to build a multi-unit industrial estate at 103 Riverview Road, Riverview near Ipswich, in Brisbane’s intensifying western growth corridor.

Vaughan Constructions has been signed to build five warehouses for a total of 19,000sq m of generic and flexible space as Stage 1 of the 12.2ha masterplanned Riverview Industrial Park.
