Capital Alliance Greenlit for $100m Little India Tower Trio

Capital Alliance has been approved to forge ahead with its latest mixed-use project in Little India, Melbourne’s oldest and only recognised Indian cultural precinct.

The investment group ’s ministerial permit has been granted by the Department of Transport and Planning for a three-tower project at 139-157 Thomas Street, 38km south of Melbourne CBD and 200m from the Dandenong rail station. 

The $100-million project, part of its wider “second city” masterplan approved in 2024, comprises Tower A of 12 storeys, Tower B of 18, and the nine-level Tower C, all sitting above a two-to-three-storey podium.
