Avenor 656-Bed South Sydney Student Project Approved
Randwick’s Anzac Parade student housing strip is gaining another project, with Avenor cleared to proceed at Kingsford.
The sector-agnostic developer behind the $1.5-billion Atlassian tower and Tech Central precinct in Sydney, which is currently under construction, submitted its student housing plans in 2025.
The $145.8-million project at 399-405 Anzac Parade, 8km south of the Sydney CBD, consists of a part-nine-storey and part 14-storey mixed use development in Randwick.
