Hotel Revealed for Bushfire-Devastated Site at Horsham

Nation Architects' render of ATG Developments' Horsham Hotel on Golf Course Road in Haven, Victoria.

A 101-key hotel will rise on a site devastated by bushfires, including the Black Saturday disaster, under plans filed with the Victorian planning department’s fast-track program.

ATG Developments plans, lodged under the Development Facilitation Program, comprise a residential hotel, the Horsham Hotel, for Golf Course Road at Haven near Horsham, 300km by road west of Melbourne.

The 27,952sq m site is bordered by the Horsham Golf Club and has seven unfinished buildings, which were impacted by fires, part of a previous attempt to develop a hotel on the site.
