Prosper Goes Public with $264m Crows Nest TOD Tower

A 39-storey project in Sydney’s north has gone on exhibition, adding to the crop of Transport Oriented Development towers blooming around the Crows Nest metro station.

Builder-developer Prosper, the proponent led by Colin Rahim, is applying for 254 apartments in the $264-million scheme for a site at 402-420 Pacific Highway.

While local controls call for a 16 per cent affordable housing contribution, the application said that an error was made in the feasibility analysis behind that figure.
