Syzyrgy Northcote hero

An ACT-based developer is defying Melbourne’s apartment downturn and has launched plans for its first apartment project across the border

Canberra-based Syzyrgy has filed plans for 256 homes and 327sq m of retail on the currently vacant and “underutilised” land on a former industrial site north of the Melbourne CBD.
