Apparel company Slimform Australia has ventured into the property space, filing reworked plans for a former Hines project in Melbourne’s Richmond.

The 920sq m site at 9-13 Stewart Street, 3km east of the Melbourne CBD, has an existing permit for an eight-storey office building.

It includes a basement level for end-of-trip facilities and 81 bicycle storage spaces, as well as retail space and a 21-car stacker on the ground floor.
